Fracking

What is fracking you might ask?  Well, fracking is a method in which we drill to get natural gases.  What happens is a mixture of water and chemicals is blasted into the ground breaking away at bed rock.  Well if you are blasting water and CHEMICALS into the ground, why would you do it?  People do it to release natural gasses that are in the bed rock.  So are there any risks, like it contaminating ground water???  Well you would think so.  Drilling industries say there is not a risk associated with this method of extraction. This is however a risk that comes along with this.  The E.P.A. has record of ground water being contaminated from this drilling procedure but were unable to investigate the claim.  SO what do you think, is it safe???
